Engines on, Singapore! F1 season is revving back into town, and you know what that means: the city is turning into one giant pit stop of parties, pop-ups, and menus so flashy they could (maybe) outshine the cars.

Whether you’re here for the grid girls and champagne showers or just want an excuse to sink your teeth into a cheeky themed dessert, we’ve scoped out all the action beyond the track. From luxe dining collabs to late-night bashes, here’s your ultimate guide to making the most of the Singapore Grand Prix 2025.

C.O.T.U’s Circuit Night & F1 Watch Party

4-5 October

This F1 season, C.O.T.U (Center of the Universe) is entering the race with a two-day, full-throttle celebration that takes race weekend into overdrive. On Saturday, 4 October, Circuit Night unites all five of C.O.T.U’s signature venues into one mega festival. Start early with champagne and skyline vibes at Dashi Skypool, roll into ENSO Steakhouse for an F1-inspired $188++ set menu, or swing by The Whisper Room and Little Birdie for cocktails, DJs and trackside energy. Come nightfall, Dashi Go Go kicks into high gear with a late-night party of dancers, bottle service, and champagne parades. Individual venue tickets go from $28 to $48++, or grab the All-Access Pass at $98++ for entry everywhere plus three drinks, the move if you’re in it for the long haul.

The fun continues on Sunday, 5 October, when C.O.T.U hosts a free-entry F1 Watch Party across three venues: screenings at Little Birdie, jazz-to-DJ transitions at Whisper Room, and rooftop race action at Dashi Skypool. When the chequered flag drops, the night shifts into the Victory Lap After Party at Dashi Go Go (from $30++ with two drinks), the final lap for those not ready to leave the track.

The world’s highest urban microbrewery meets the world’s fastest race

3-5 October

For the ultimate elevated race weekend, head to LeVeL33, Guinness World Records™ holder for the world’s highest urban microbrewery, where Formula 1 fever takes over from 3 to 5 October. Perched above the Marina Bay Street Circuit, the venue offers panoramic views of the action plus live screenings with commentary so you won’t miss a lap. Terrace seating (from S$258++ per guest) guarantees a pole-position vantage point, while indoor dining (from S$158++) keeps you close to the buzz.

On the menu: freshly shucked oysters and a seafood platter at the Raw Bar, indulgent grills like the Koji & Spent Grain Dry-Aged Wagyu Rump Cap and King Island Sirloin, plus elevated bites like beer-brined fried chicken and dry-aged sliders. Dessert fans can finish strong with the housemade spent grain & wheat beer churros. Drinks flow just as fast, with a two-hour free-flow package (S$128++) covering craft beers, wines, cocktails and prosecco, or go big with the champagne package (three bottles of Barons de Rothschild Brut at S$558++). Craft beer lovers should also raise a glass to Beyond the Circuit, Singapore’s first-ever GPSS collaborative brew, a jasmine-rice tropical lager made by eight local breweries, including LeVeL33. High-energy vibes, skyline views, and the roar of F1: this is race weekend done right.

Either way, it’s a one-off experience that screams race week glamour without stepping near the track.
